Activity Log
Our Activity Log provides an audit trail of all logins to the customer account, the country that the user logged in from, as well as any changes to the customer account performed by a user. This page will keep track of every activity that has been done in both the ‘admin’ and sub user accounts. This is to effectively monitor every change that has been made in the accounts. To access this, simply click on the ‘profile’ icon shown in the left panel. Then select ‘Activity Log’
Now you will see a list of the activities that have been made in the accounts.
You may select a specific period to only show (e.g. Today). You can also click on the ‘Filter’ icon and select a specific account that you only want to see the activities.
