Support Ticket
To submit a concern, go to the ‘Help tab’ and select ‘Support Ticket’. This will allow you to easily create and send a ticket.
This feature is available on both the web app and the mobile app.
Simply fill in the required fields and provide details about your concern, including your email, the relevant department for your concern (e.g Sales, Billing or Tech Support), a brief summary of your issue, and additional details in the message box. You can also attach files such as screenshots or images to support your request, then click ‘Submit Ticket’ once done.
